JAMBOARD - MENTORING & SUPERVISION
Please do not hesitate to message if you can't access the Jamboard. This is a collaborative digital whiteboard for tasks for Element 3. Take your time to add to this board as a group. Watch the Loom video first to hear how to use the Jamboard functions.
If you are not up to Element 3 yet, that is ok. Just add to things at your own pace. Remember if you are adding things, to only add a few to leave some room or ideas for other to add. If you have many ideas, write them down in your own notes and then we can add them all on at the end.

Well done to all that have added to the Jamboard I can really see that you understand the difference between mentoring and supervision and that you also acknowledge that both are part of our role as leaders. It is important to be aware of the times where you will need to be logistical and supervisory with your team and what that sounds and looks like. Furthermore, the times where you may need to adjust your language to more of a mentorship role.
